Shabbat Shalom

Praise God for His word. Praise Him for calling us to Himself. John 15:16: "You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, He may give it to you."

He is faithful and just and He hears us when we seek Him and His way. John 15:7 If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.

Israel's Borders

Russia has arranged with Turkey and Iran to create 'safe zones' in Syria. Netanyahu has spoken with Putin on the subject stressing that these zones cannot serve to allow Iran or Hizbollah to set up near the border with Israel.

He wants any deal to end the war in Syria to include 'buffer zones' on the Syrian side of the border with the Golan Heights.

PRAY for the borders all around Israel. Ask for God's protective ring of fire around Israel that her enemies may not penetrate. Psalm 17:8-9: "Keep me as the apple of your eye; hide me in the shadow of your wings, from the wicked who do me violence, my deadly enemies who surround me."

PRAY for the security forces in Israel, that they may remain alert and ready.

PRAY that the IDF may be alerted to plots.

PRAY that Israel will put her trust in the Lord who ultimately is her protection.

As President Trump's visit to Israel draws nearer it is vital to pray. He is also visiting Saudi Arabia to meet Arab leaders beforehand then Rome after that.

PRAY that Trump will hear sound and Godly words from his advisors.

PRAY that he will visit it only if this is the will of God.

PRAY that Netanyahu will not give in to any pressure to concede land or power or that a two state solution be further pursued.

PRAY that Netanyahu be filled with Godly wisdom and strength. Proverbs 1:5: "Let the wise hear and increase in learning, and the one who understands obtain guidance.."

In June the 50th anniversary of the reunification of Jerusalem will be celebrated. This is when the city was recaptured during the six day war and the divided city came under Israeli control.

PRAY for the city of Jerusalem to remain under the control and governance of Israel. It is the place to which Yeshua will return.

PRAY that the words in Matthew 23:39, "For I tell you, you will not see me again until you say, 'Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord'", will be declared by His people soon.

PRAY that the voices of those who seek to divide Jerusalem and destroy Israel be silenced.

PRAISE GOD because He reigns over all the earth.

PRAY for the followers of Yeshua in Israel. May they be given blessing and be a blessing to those around them.

PRAY for the messianic community to be bold and strong in the face of opposition. Ephesians 6:18: " praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints."

Thank you for praying with us.
Have a blessed Shabbat and weekend.
